GATE-FOLD BUSINESS CARDS 170 × 55 MM WITH 2 FLAPS
The eye-catcher among business cards: with a gate fold (also called altar fold), two flaps open like a window towards the centre. Open, the card measures 170 × 55 mm; each flap is 42.5 mm wide and they meet exactly in the middle when closed – giving the standard 85 × 55 mm card size. Two score lines ensure clean folds. Perfect for a reveal: an offer, a voucher, a photo or your message in the centre.

DESIGN ONLINE – HERE'S HOW
Our free online designer creates the print file right in your browser – no account, no graphics software, works on tablets too. (The designer's interface is in German; the steps are self-explanatory.)
Address: https://gestalten.diedrucker.de/visitenkarte-fensterfalz
1. Open the designer: the template is already set up in the correct trim size, including 3 mm bleed and safety margin.
2. Design: upload photos (JPG, PNG, WebP), add text and text frames, shapes, SVG logos and background colours. Every element can be moved, rotated, scaled, made transparent and rearranged in the layer order. More than 15 fonts with outline and shadow are available. You can also upload and place a finished PDF.
The template matches our layout template exactly: outside = right flap | back | left flap, inside = left flap | centre | right flap. Panels and score lines are shown, so you can see where each area ends up after folding.
3. Check: the print-colour preview shows colours as they will appear in CMYK print. A traffic light warns about low image resolution; guides show trim, bleed and safety margin. Zoom in to check every detail.
4. Download the print file: one click creates a print-ready CMYK PDF (ISO Coated v2 / FOGRA39) with bleed and crop marks.
5. Order: upload the PDF in the upload field of this product, choose paper and quantity – done.
Your design is kept in your browser for 7 days ("Speichern"/save button), so you can continue later.

FAQ
Q: Why are the outside flaps labelled the 'wrong' way round?
A: When the sheet is turned over, the flaps swap sides. The labels in the designer take this into account – just design by the panel names.
Q: Are other sizes possible?
A: Custom sizes are available on request.
Also available as a landscape or portrait folded card.
