As a generously sized name tag, name badge, trade fair pass or accreditation pass, this XL event pass stands out at trade fairs, congresses, symposia and major events.

The extra-large format offers clear benefits for both organisers and attendees. Each pass is printed edge to edge in full colour on both sides. With a generous 10 × 14 cm surface, names, companies and job titles can be printed in a large, clear type size that is easy to read from several metres away. The reverse and other areas provide plenty of room for additional information and design elements—ideal for a detailed daily schedule, workshop agendas, wayfinding maps, sponsor displays or safety instructions.

Every individual pass is fully personalised. In addition to personal details such as first and last names, positions or departments, variable data—including individual attendee numbers, time slots, room assignments, entry categories or table groups—can be added directly from your list. We can optional can print unique personalised QR codes on each pass, making them ideal for contactless entry scanning, individual workshop check-ins, lead tracking or digital networking profiles.

Besides strong cardboard, you can choose durable, 250 gsm tear-resistant synthetic paperboard, each pass is designed to handle multi-day events, festival conditions and busy trade fair days without an additional protective sleeve. Rounded corners help prevent the edges from bending or tearing, while the pre-punched hole allows the pass to be attached directly to lanyards, cords or badge clips.
